Your expertise is buildable. There are things you understand about your field that someone outside of it simply won't see. Not because they're incapable, but because they haven't spent years encountering the same problems, recognizing the patterns, and learning what actually works. That knowledge matters when you're building with AI. You don't have to know everything about software before you begin exploring an idea. You may understand the problem better than the person who knows how to write the code. AI gives us new ways to close some of that gap. For Black Builders, that creates an opportunity to look differently at the knowledge and experience we already have.
